YOG is the pen name of Dr Yogesh Shingane, an occupational therapist based in Pune, India.

He spends his working life helping people recover what illness and injury have taken from them, and his writing life imagining a world where the thing being taken is everything.

He is the founder of a healthcare technology company and the author of Therapy for All. He has been building the world of Arka for rather longer than he is willing to admit in print.
